Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
Color services require a $25 deposit. Extension and injectable appointments require a deposit based on the service booked. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations and no-shows.
For injectable appointments, deposits will be refunded if treatment is declined following consultation.
Payment is due at the time of service. Any unpaid balance may be charged to the card on file.
